Large, light and bright, the tiled floor kitchen diner is at the front of the house and has patio doors which open out to the fully enclosed sun deck, providing a great outside space for children to play, or for adults to sit out with a drink while catching the afternoon and evening sun. The fitted wood kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, and a large TV is positioned at the end of the breakfast bar which seats five on stools. Also in this spacious room is a generous dining table with eight chairs, and a comfy sofa.
Glass panelled double doors lead through to the rest of the downstairs accommodation which comprises two bedrooms and a shower room. Bedroom one is furnished with twin beds (3'), a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and bedroom two has a double bed (4'6"), wardrobe and chest of drawers. The shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, WC and basin, and a roomy understairs cupboard houses the washing machine. The tumble dryer is kept is in a large shed to the side of the house, which is also useful for storing surfboards, buckets and spades.
Up the stairs in the house there's a halfway landing with the back door opening onto a further decked area at the back of the house. On the first floor the bright and spacious sitting room has wooden floors and is furnished with two leather sofas (a 3-seater and a 2-seater, one of which converts to a sofa bed), two comfy chairs, two beanbags, a TV, DVD player, and Nintendo Wii. An interior balcony at the front of the room allows the light to flood down from the upstairs windows into the kitchen.
Bedroom three offers twin beds (3' each) and bedroom furniture, and bedroom four, with a sloped ceiling, has a double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a TV. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower over it, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
White Sands is double glazed, has oil central heating and all the bedrooms are carpeted, making it a comfortable property at any time of the year. A children's park, playing fields and the boating lake are literally just around the corner, and the house enjoys far reaching views across the village.
