The fully tiled en-suite also has a door to the hall (enabling it to be used as a downstairs facility without having to go through the bedroom), and is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet, large sink and heated towel rail. There is also a utility room on this ground floor, with sink, storage, washing machine, tumble dryer and a back door opening to the garden.
On the first floor three further bedrooms and the family bathroom are located. Bedroom two has bunk beds (3’ each), hanging space and storage, and bedroom three is furnished with twin beds (3’ each), hanging and drawers storage, and full length windows overlooking the garden.
Bedroom four is the master bedroom, furnished with a floating platform king sized bed (5’), dressing table, built-in wardrobe, and benefiting from an en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and basin.
