Take a walk on the wild side

Feel Happy

Simply getting outside can boost your mood. Breathe in the fresh sea air and take in your surroundings. Being immersed in nature helps to lift the spirits; even the sight of the sea has been shown to have a calming effect, putting problems into perspective. So a walk along Cornwall’s beautiful coastline can help you to feel happy!

Get Healthy

Get your heart pumping and muscles working with a good stomp along countryside lanes or coastal paths. Walking is fab for increasing fitness without needing to go to the gym or an exercise class: enjoy getting active and reaching your step count goal without even realising it!

Take your Time

When you’re walking there’s time to properly take in the scenery and surroundings – you can literally stop to smell the flowers! Notice the landscape, listen to the birdsong, and take your time to explore and enjoy the great outdoors.

Coastal Walks from Perranporth
