Cloud Nine (9 The Dunes) is a beautiful three storey Beach House sleeping eight, with sweeping coastal views from two of the four bedrooms, and also from the top floor living area. Huge windows with sliding patio doors afford uninterrupted views from the balcony across the vast expanse of Perranporth beach, sea and sand dunes.

There is also a downstairs terrace enjoying the same views, accessed either from the master bedroom or the master bedroom’s en-suite which has an external door opening to the terrace, sea view and fresh coastal air.

Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king sized beds and have en-suite shower rooms and the other two are furnished with twin beds, all benefiting from high quality mattresses, woollen duvets, and a mixture of feather and hollow-fibre pillows to provide the utmost comfort.

The living area has balconies both to the sea at the front, and a sun trap setting with countryside views at the back. The kitchen worksurfaces are made from quartz, and an island in the centre of this spacious and sunny room has three bar stools from which to enjoy breakfast, in addition to a large dining table to seat eight.

The house has been fully equipped with comfortable stylish furnishings and all modern conveniences including superfast Wifi, a wine cooler cupboard, dishwasher, induction hob, washer/dryer, large shower cubicles, and individual heating thermostats in each room. The property welcomes pets and will accept up to two dogs all year round.

On bright days you might like to take lunch on the balcony or sit and enjoy an evening drink from the deep sofas, looking out over the beach, watching the surfers and listening to the crash of the waves.
